5-Star Mondays with Dave Bignell and the band!! After working at the Chateau Lafayette for 22 years as the soundman for the Lucky Ron Show, Dave Bignell was given his own regular show on Monday nights - Five Star Mondays. Drawing on his background of rock, funk, country, jazz, & blues, he will be performing a selection of his original songs as well as an eclectic assortment of tunes from a wide variety of musical genres for your listening pleasure!

His last show at the Laff was with The Hammerheads for Lucky Ron’s wedding, but for the Five Star Mondays Dave will be backed up by a small combo of well known Ottawa musicians: Peter Von Althen /Drums, Ned Pitt / Bass, Fred Guignion /Guitar.
