Eric Montpool is a guitarist, singer & songwriter based in Ottawa. Since 2022, Eric has made his mark on the scene as the frontman of Noise Hotel - Ottawa's favourite velvet-clad indie rockers - and has recently emerged as a solo artist to highlight a different side of his sound. As a solo artist, Eric draws inspiration from his folkie heroes Joni Mitchell & Gordon Lightfoot, singing heartfelt acoustic songs, but still retains his rock roots when playing upbeat and electrified jams with his bandmates.
