Hailing from across Ontario and Quebec the members of Taming Sari form an eclectic and unlikely bilingual group. Opening for larger acts such as the Planet Smashers, The Lazys, JJ Wilde, and Crown Lands was made possible following the success of their debut album ‘’Thirsty from The Drought’’. Their single ‘Crazy’ opened more doors for the group by hitting #35 on the Canadian Active Rock Charts. ‘Crazy’ surpassed 200k streams on Spotify. The band was awarded funding from the Ontario Arts Council (OAC) to record a sophomore album released in May 2023. Taming Sari made their RBC Ottawa Bluesfest debut in July 2023 alongside acts such as Tegan and Sara, Death Cab for Cutie, and Alan Doyle. After releasing two new singles in 2025 and 2026, the band is working on more new music to be released in 2026.
