Jackrabbits is a six-piece indie-folk ensemble that took root in Ottawa in 2023. Their down-to-earth sound springs up from an eclectic range of influences, with acts like Big Thief, Neil Young, and Silver Jews always at the top of the list. Fitting the whole band on one stage (or in the studio) can be like a game of Tetris, but together they paint a warm, acoustic energy full of layered harmonies and easygoing charm.

James Croteau and the Hermits are a folk rock outfit from Ottawa. They’re pretty mellow until they’re not, but either way it’s a pretty good time. With a mix of driving guitar solos and introspective lyrics, the Hermits deliver a musical experience you won’t forget, no matter how hard you try.

Dana Dufour is a singer-songwriter from Ottawa, Ontario, known for telling stories through music. By combining her crooner-like voice with sincere lyricism, she brings a soft and soulful element to the indie-folk genre.
