The band has dropped 8 subsequent releases that have spawned number 1 singles, such as World's a Bitch (ft the legendary Carole Pope [Rough Trade]). Their music has played on 4 continents and has landed on Top Ten charts on college and independent radio in Canada, the UK, and Europe. Church of Trees's latest album, Thief of Joy, was co-produced/mixed by former David Bowie producer/musical director Mark Plati (Bowie, The Cure, Lou Reed, Deee-Lite, etc.) and Jordon Zadorozny (Blinker the Star, Courtney Love, Lindsey Buckingham). The band has worked/played with Carole Pope and Rough Trade, Rob Preuss of the Spoons/Honeymoon Suite, and played such iconic venues as the El Mocambo, Horseshoe Tavern, and more.
