Born in Montreal, Jahmeema is a singer and songwriter currently based in Ottawa, Canada. She was first introduced to music with Jazz and ‘Chanson’ at a tender age. Her smooth and buttery vocals that range from feathery and soft, to deep and warm, are reminiscent of those she draws inspiration from; Erykah Badu, Sade, India Arie, D’Angelo and Mylène Farmer.
