Don’t miss out on Julian Lopez’s first ever live performance in Ottawa accompanied by Dom Doyon and February Hate Club.
February Hate Club is a four piece indie rock group hailing from Ottawa. Initially formed in early 2023 for a one-off performance, they decided to keep writing original music as a band - drawing from each member’s unique backgrounds and experience in music to create a powerful blend of rock and indie with punchy elements of pop-punk and more. FHC prides themselves on their flexibility to dabble across many genres, with a core sound akin to the likes of Soccer Mommy, Måneskin, My Chemical Romance, and Paramore.
Dom Doyon is a singer-songwriter from Ottawa. He draws influence from the class of John Frusciante, Oasis, Elliott Smith, and Brian Eno. He is known for emotional/folk-y songs such as Let Your Head Down & Cry
Julian Lopez emerges as a vibrant force in the indie music scene, finding his artistic home in the eclectic cityscape of Montreal. As a singer-songwriter, he navigates the realms of alternative rock with an innate sense of authenticity and vulnerability. Drawing from the wellspring of his own life, Lopez weaves narratives that resonate deeply with audiences. His lyrics are not just words but windows into his soul, reflecting the highs and lows of his journey with raw honesty. His music serves as a beacon of sincerity, a reminder that vulnerability is not weakness but rather a source of strength and connection. With each strum of his guitar and every note sung, he forges a bond with his audience, forging a sense of intimacy that transcends the boundaries of the stage.
