Bry Webb is best known as the singer and principal songwriter in the well-loved and celebrated Canadian underground rock and roll band, The Constantines. During the band’s four-year hiatus from 2010-2014, Webb returned to his one time home of Guelph, Ontario, became a father, and wrote his first album, Provider, released in 2011 by Idée Fixe. The album has been called, “eerie, minimal and organic,” and features acoustic guitar, upright bass, and two steel guitars simultaneously, which has become the signature sound of Bry’s solo material.
